What Is Android Device Manager?

If you not find your Android phone, Tablet or Wear watch, you can find, lock or erase it. Find your Device is on by default for Android devices associated with a lost phone Google account.

Your lost device must be :

  • Turned on
  • Signed in to a Google account
  • Connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi
  • Visible on Google Play
  • Location turned on
  • Find My Device turned on

How To Find My Phone & Find My Lost Using Android Device Manager : 

1st Stage : 

Complete the septs when you buy new phone –

“All the smartphone device provider systematic activated this feature, If your phone not activated then do activated right now. If your phone lost and your your android device manager not activated then your are not Track Your Phone.”

1 ) Go to Settings

2 )  Then move to Security

3 ) Then move to Device Administrators

4 ) You will see some apps there and the first one would be Android Device ManagerFind My Device5 )Then you get option Find My Phone Tap on it and Activate it.

2nd Stage : 

1 ) You need to go to your web browser and Google Play Store Using Any Web Browser (You can use Mobile And Pc too).

2 ) You will see a Setting icon on the top right cornerFind My Device3 ) Click on it and you will see Find My Device Option 

4 ) Click on Find My Device

5 )  Accept it,6 ) Once Android Device Manager is opened in your web browser it will automatically contact your device.Find My Device7 ) It will automatically detect your location and find the distance it is away from you right now.

Popular Option (What You Can Do) :

1 ) Ring The Device :

This feature will help to ring your smartphone at full volume for 5 minutes even if it is silent. The device won’t ring if it is switched off.

2 ) Lock The Device :

This feature helps to lock your Android smartphone and will be provided a new password to access it. You can set your desired password on your lost smartphone.

3 ) Erase All Data :

This feature will clear all the data which is present on your Android smartphone will be deleted which will include images, music or other files. However, it won’t delete the contents of your SD card and Android device manager won’t work once you have erased all the data. It will Factory Reset your smartphone.
